Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including:

If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will investigate and resolve valid cases accordingly. However, we do not guarantee compensation in all cases.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier company, Maekha Lao is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damages caused during transit.
We will, however, assist you in contacting the courier if there are any issues.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
